Network Spinal is a gentle approach to chiropractic care. Light, precise contacts along the spine help the body release stored tension and support healthy nervous system function — without twisting or cracking.
Call to ScheduleNetwork Spinal (also known as Network Spinal Analysis) is a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. Rather than forceful adjustments, Dr. Stid applies light contacts at specific points along the spine, cueing the nervous system to recognize where it is holding tension — and to release it.
Patients commonly seek care for back and neck tension, stress-related symptoms, headaches, and reduced mobility. As care progresses, many patients report easier movement, improved tolerance to stress, and a greater overall sense of well-being. Care is always paced according to each patient's individual presentation.
No cracking, popping, or twisting. Contacts are light and precise, and appropriate for patients of all ages.
The spine protects the nervous system. As spinal tension is released, the nervous system is able to function with greater ease.
Care addresses more than symptoms alone, supporting long-term spinal health and resilience to everyday stress.
Some symptoms are maintained by stress the body has not fully processed. NET is a mind-body stress-reduction technique used to identify where stress-related patterns are held in the body and to reduce their physiological effects.
Dr. Stid is Level 2 certified in NET. Additional information about the technique is available at netmindbody.com.
Dr. Anna Stid has practiced Network Spinal Analysis for 27 years. She is Level 3 certified in Network Spinal Analysis and Level 2 certified in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), as part of more than three decades in the healing arts. She has cared for thousands of patients — from the San Francisco Bay Area to members of Tony Robbins' Platinum community — and now practices in Cottonwood, Arizona.
Her approach combines skilled chiropractic care with respect for the body's own capacity to heal. Appointments are unhurried, and each patient's care is individualized.
